New features

Please note that some of the listed functionalities will need configuration in order to be visible in your configuration. Contact your customer responsible person if you want to know more.

Program menu

The list of Tools and records became very long. In order to ensure a better overview but also relevant content per user group we have divided it into Tools & Records and System Administration.

Changes and Additions

The new program for Changes and Additions will be included in the release as a first draft. This program will be developed in iterations and this release contains the first.

Global views

  • This release contains a new functionality for configuration of global views and default views. A global view means that it will be available to all users and are saved for each AG-grid. There can be several global views per grid.
  • There is also a new functionality to save a global view as the default view. This will be the view displayed as default to a new user.
  • The functionality to save personal views is still available to all users.

Calculation

New and extended functionality to copy or move specifications in Tender and Production calculation. A calculation can now be copied/moved in any direction or combination:

  • Tender Calculation to Production Calculation
  • Production Calculation to Tender Calculation
  • Quantity Cost to Common Cost
  • Common Cost to Quantity Cost

Field Reporting

Grouping/Sorting/Filtering functionality added to start view. The first view options regards list view and to show data resembling of c.Mobile.

Project planning

Possibility to see the total available amount on a plant in Project Planning.

Known problems

There are unfortunately always some known problems that we did not have time to fix before the release. The following issues have been identified and will be solved in coming release:

  • When sending tender to more than one customer the customer representative’s name is not correct on additional customers. Does not affect the main tender customer.
  • You need to manually clear cache to make program menu work again after changes to Tools and Records. Use option “Clear cached data” under your name in the upper right corner.
  • Colors for programs may change since more programs will be implemented.
