New features

Please note that some of the listed functionalities will need configuration in order to be visible in your configuration. Contact your customer responsible person if you want to know more.

Calculation

New parameter to ensure that it´s possible to configure if the Calculation tool should be visible or not has been added. (HideCalculationTool)

Milestones admin

A new record for administration of milestones and checkpoints is available. Sys admin and roles with MILESTONEADMIN permission set can find it under System Administration in the program menu.

Day Report

Column group headers have been introduced, starting with in the Performed work grid in Daily report. This feature will be applied in additional grids moving forward.

Comments from Work order now shown by default, and comments from Daily reports are shown in Work order program by default.

Invoice

Possibility to set “Ready for invoice” on multiple rows in List view added.

Job and Project Admin

Number series formatting and automatic generation of project numbers have been added. Interims prefix can be defined for both project and job numbers. It is also possible to set a status when job and project numbers should be locked from editing. (UppdragNrInterimPrefix, ProjNrPrefix, ProjNrMask, UppdragNrMask, JobNumberLockedAtStatus, ProjecNumberLockedAtStatus)

Segment can be configured as mandatory. (SegmentIsMandatory)

Quality report can be configured as mandatory (QualityTemplateRequired)

Customer

It´s now possible to see if a customer is active in Customer program and when using the extended search functionality. The active flag is editable if C7 is master for the customers record. (KundMaster)

Machine nodes

Machines can be created as job nodes. (MaskinUppdragSync)

This means that when configured a machine node will be added in the main filter structure when a machine is created in the machine record, based on the selected organizational project and job when the machine is created. Machines are shown as a circle node in the tree view. The machine nodes job page can be accesses from the machine record form view but will not be shown in the jobs program list view. The primary use case for this is to report personnel time on machines, for example moving equipment between locations or taking the machine to service or repair. Since the machine is added as a job it can also be selected in c.Time when a user is creating their time report.

Known problems

There are unfortunately always some known problems that we did not have time to fix before the release. The following issues have been identified and will be solved in coming release:

  • When sending tender to more than one customer the customer representative’s name is not correct on additional customers. Does not affect the main tender customer.
  • When creating a summary invoice the part sums in invoice details grid shows the total sum instead. The total amount of the invoice is correct.
