New features
Please note that some of the listed functionalities will need configuration in order to be visible in your configuration. Contact your customer responsible person if you want to know more.
Calculation
Added possibility to exclude (and include) selected specifications and/or activities.
Multiple added columns and column groups in Sales price, among others suggested sales price, key figures.
Added possibility to generate a sales price list from calculation. This functionality will be developed further in coming releases.
Activity code and resource number have been split into separate columns in Quantity cost.
New columns added in Key figures: Account and Resource columns has been changed to show both code and name, separate columns still exist for each value. This is to support grouping with clear labels in this grid.
Preferred resources
It is now possible to mark resources as preferred. If the setting presented is enabled (value = 1), resources will be sorted with the preferred ones first, followed by the rest in alphabetical order. If the setting is missing or set to 0, resources are sorted alphabetically only. (SortOnPreferredResource)
Project/Job admin
Financial summary is added on job level and project level.
Possibility to set Asphalt plant added to calculation section in Project and Jobs admin, this will be used in calculation as default asphalt plant.
Invoice
Validation rules are now evaluated when an invoice is marked as ready for invoice.
Project planning
Fixed a bug related to duplicating planned items.
Position in calendar view now stays when moving planned items.
Cost/revenue
Added possibility to set project as editable or not editable in Split voucher dialog. (CfgSplitVoucherProjectEditable)
AG Grid
Fixes to improve search functionality.
New design for filter and column buttons to the right.
Angular update
Angular framework has been updated, some graphical changes applied by the new framework version will be evaluated and subject to change.
Bug fixes
Fixed a bug related to unit codes when importing calculations.
Data is now refreshed automatically when importing calculations.
Fixed a bug in Configuration analysis program
Known problems
There are unfortunately always some known problems that we did not have time to fix before the release. The following issues have been identified and will be solved in coming release:
- When sending tender to more than one customer the customer representative’s name is not correct on additional customers. Does not affect the main tender customer.
- When creating a summary invoice the part sums in invoice details grid shows the total sum instead. The total amount of the invoice is correct.
