New features

Please note that some of the listed functionalities will need configuration in order to be visible in your configuration. Contact your customer responsible person if you want to know more.

Project Admin

When adding teams in the Staffing tab in project administration, the list of available teams is now correctly filtered by connected price lists.

Invoice

Show already added in Add rows to invoice dialog is now set to false by default.

Added possibility to add rows from Changes and additions.

Added possibility to mark an invoice as invoiced in external system.  Configured by ShowInvoicedExternallyControl

Treeview/Main filter

Added possibility to create new job from treeview by pressing the … menu and selecting “Add new job”. This will open the standard create dialog for jobs program regardless of where you are in C7.

Calculation

Added support for More or less consumption in Calculation tool.  Configured by Fakt_MerMindreForbrukning

End of production field now shows correct value.

Fixed translation of Send to production message.

Added columns for % of total cost and kr/ton in Key figures tab.

Added possibility to save existing tender texts as template from Tender calculation.

Improvements to copy/paste functionality for activities.

This width of dropdowns in the calculation dialog has been increased to more accurately display resources with long names, and to support showing price list name in the future.

Day report

Added column Tonne in Completed work grid.

Added possibility to import cost resources based on performer set on day report.

Possible to configure if Individuals, Teams or both shall be available in the Performer drop down.  Configured by ShowPerformerTypeTeam and ShowPerformerTypeIndividual

Changes and additions

New report added for ÄTA Journal.

Added possibility to generate invoice from Changes and additions program.

General

Performance improvements in Price list program.

Improvements to dropdown lists to show more information, both wider dropdowns and the possibility to show two columns of data, first example is work e-mail in personnel field in Pricelist program. Requires that work email field is set in personnel if value shall be displayed.

Bug fixes

Fixed a bug in Project planning where the board wasn´t automatically updated after switching a resource.

Fixed a bug that caused problems deleting jobs.

Row selection in Activities grid in Calculation is now possible by clicking the grouping (hierarchy) column.

Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the checkbox in Activities in Work order to disappear in edit mode.

Users who were set as Price list admins in legacy C7 can now edit all their pricelists again.

Fixed a bug related to new functionality to copy permissions and staffing from one user to another.

Debit is now automatically set on hours reported with Come and Go functionality.

Known problems

There are unfortunately always some known problems that we did not have time to fix before the release. The following issues have been identified and will be solved in coming release:

  • When sending tender to more than one customer the customer representative’s name is not correct on additional customers. Does not affect the main tender customer.
  • When creating a summary invoice the part sums in invoice details grid shows the total sum instead. The total amount of the invoice is correct.
  • When filtering in list views, on a specific column, the list of options for the filter is hidden behind the filter dialog if the users try to change the existing filter.
