New features

Please note that some of the listed functionalities will need configuration in order to be visible in your configuration. Contact your customer responsible person if you want to know more.

Invoice

Changed internal invoices to be created without VAT by default.

Project Archive

New program to view archived projects and functionality to unarchive projects. We also added a function in Project admin list view to archive projects.

Project and Job admin

Added possibility to set Product as a mandatory field. ProductIsMandatory

Company

Added field for the company´s website

Customer

Added field for VAT Registration number.

Calculation

Added possibility to comment on rows in the calculation.

Send calculation to pricelist now also have an option to include resources.

There is now a list of accounts from charts of account to choose from when setting account on calculation rows.

Added pricelist name in resource dropdowns.

Fixed a bug where calculation tool was closed when switching between edit and view mode.

It´s now possible to select from all projects (you have permissions to) when copying/moving a calculation without having to remove main filter.

General

AG Grid filter improvements

We have added email in grids where you can select from personnel record.

Fixed some missing translations in Create dialogs.

Switched order of resource code and name in dropdown lists with exception of calculation tool. This will come in a later version.

Bug fixes

Fixed a bug when switching between List view and Forms view quickly.

Fixed a bug where the list of options were hidden by filter dialog.

Fixed a bug where the part sums was not correct in summary invoices.

Known problems

There are unfortunately always some known problems that we did not have time to fix before the release. The following issues have been identified and will be solved in coming release:

  • When sending tender to more than one customer the customer representative’s name is not correct on additional customers. Does not affect the main tender customer.
  • The rebooking of Hours functionality is currently not working.
