New features

Please note that some of the listed functionalities will need configuration in order to be visible in your configuration. Contact your customer responsible person if you want to know more.

Calculation

Calculation specifications can now be configured to automatically lock specifications when they are sent to production calculation. Specifications can also be locked manually in calculation program.

The setting LockSpecAfterProductionCalc controls automatic locking behavior. This applies both when the job status is changed to Ordered and when specifications are sent from the Tender Calculation program.
The setting UppdragBestallSendToPk determines whether specifications are sent to production automatically when a job is ordered.

Only users with the appropriate permissions can lock or unlock specifications. This is controlled by application object PKLAS.

Cost per ton in Key Figures now shows correctly in all languages (previously only visible in English).

Daily report

Daily reports are now locked after invoicing. Only users with the appropriate permissions can lock or unlock daily reports. New application objects have been added for these permissions: LOCKDIARY and UNLOCKDIARY.

Users can now delete day reports provided they have not yet been invoiced.

The Team field has been removed, only the Performer field is now used. Configuration settings ShowPerformerTypeTeam and ShowPerformerTypeIndividual can be used to limit if only team or individual shall be able to select as performer.

In addition, when importing resources from a performer without selecting one first, the system now displays an informative message prompting the user to select a performer before fetching resources.

Invoice

Added functionality to copy invoice specifications.

Project Administration

Pricelist checkboxes in Project Administration and Price list programs now correctly control which pricelists and resources are available in each specific program.

Treeview

Added option to open and edit project or job status and milestones directly from the tree view context menu.

Fixed issue where the Tree View did not remember open or closed folders. It now correctly preserves the previous state.

Internal Order

New Internal Order functionality enables efficient collaboration between units within the same organization. Units can now request and manage work performed by other units, with automatic internal invoicing and cost allocation to the correct project and assignment.

Field Reporting

Removed the “About” link.

We've introduced a new toggle that allows users to switch between viewing only their own planned activities or all activities scheduled for the current planned date. By default, the view is set to display only the user's planned activities, providing a more focused and personalized experience.

Known problems

There are unfortunately always some known problems that we did not have time to fix before the release. The following issues have been identified and will be solved in a coming release:

  • If we have a calculcation with more than one specification and one of them is unlocked, it is still possible to edit activities belonging to the locked specification. This happens when the user opens the calculation dialog for the unlocked specification and then switches to the locked one.
  • When sending tender to more than one customer the customer representative’s name is not correct on additional customers. Does not affect the main tender customer.
  • The rebooking of Hours functionality is currently not working.
