New features

Please note that some of the listed functionalities will need configuration in order to be visible in your configuration. Contact your customer responsible person if you want to know more.  

Forecast

First version of cost and revenue forecast. It is possible to make a cost forecast grouped on Job and Activity. Revenue forecast is grouped on Job.

  • Possible to create new forecast. Settings are Year and Period. It is also possible to create versions within the same period and year combination.
  • Activities are collected from the production calculation.
  • The forecast will collect data from booked cost and revenue up to the To date for the forecast
  • Possible to create a new forecast and copy from existing forecast.
  • Possible to lock and approve forecast using attestation steps.

Treeview

Recently visited section has been removed in preparation for a larger overhaul of the tree view filtering and design.

Filters and search criteria are now applied to Favourites section.

Performance improvements.

Improved Treeview/main filter expand/collapse behavior when CfgLoadProjectsInPartsEnabled is set.

Project Admin/Job Admin

Added the ability to enter a new customer representative directly in the customer section in Project and Job Admin.

Calculation

Fixed an issue that prevented editing of unlocked calculations.

Added sorting of jobs when importing calculations from Excel using the Norwegian PMS format.

Added column group headers in Production calculation Final page.

Added the key figure column TB2 to the Sales Price tab.

Added the “Reguleringspris” column to the Sales Price tab for More or Less functionality. Fakt_MerMindreForbrukning

Added the functionality to set status to Tender directly in Tender calculation.

Excluded (crossed) specifications are no longer included when sending a tender to production calculation.

Calculation of Kg/m2 and Thickness has been improved.

Added support for locking quantity of common costs.

Added support for comments in Sales price tab

Work order

Work orders can now be moved between jobs within the same project via a simple dropdown, provided certain conditions are met.

Day Report

Fixed a bug that caused an error when adding groups and values to Day report list.

The list view in Day Report now shows the total amount of tonnes reported per day.

Added a new Quality reporting section for Transport.

Field reporting

Fixed an issue where reported resource quantities could show as zero in Field Reporting.

Invoice

Added possibility to show Invoice unique id in List view (hidden by default).

Invoice rows added via the ‘Add Rows’ dialog now automatically get the correct revenue account.

Supplier invoices now have required fields set automatically and unnecessary validations have been removed.

Pricelist

Resources imported from Excel are now set to active by default when the “Active” column is empty.

General

Resolved an issue that caused number fields to ignore the initial keypress when navigating with arrow keys.

Corrected the behavior of the select grids (e.g., when adding price lists or staffing) so that they now exclusively support adding new items. Items already selected are no longer displayed in the popup grid.

Program colours and positions have been updated for a more visually consistent experience, making navigation easier.

Checkboxes now display the correct colour when marked as true.

Improved performance and permission handling.

Added a link to SharePoint site/folder in all relevant programs.

C7 API

Customer addresses are now set to active by default.

Increased the allowed length of JobDescription when importing Job Specifications.
