New features

Project and Jobs Administration

  • Added Email, Cost Centre, and Company fields to the Add Permissions dialog to enable more columns to filter out personnel.
  • Fixed an issue where only filtered projects could be selected when moving a job by editing the job and changing parent project.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Create New Job" dialog was not translated when adding jobs from Tree View.

Calculation

  • Added translations in Dimensions view.
  • Fixed an issue where the unit price did not update until the calculation was saved when switching resources from the price list.
  • Resource Extended Search in Asphalt calculation tool now applies the same filtering logic as the dropdown lists.

Work Order

  • Planned items generated from an activity in work order now include the calculated tonne value when working with the task in Project Planning.
  • Added a Tonne column to the Planned Items grid in Work Order. The value is populated from the activity's asphalt calculation when generating planned items.
  • Added Ordered Date to the list view. Ordered date is set when the ordered status is set on work order level. Setting a higher status but not setting ordered will not populate this field.
  • The Individual field is now automatically fetched from the recipe when adding it as a follow-up resource from price list, both for personnel and machines.

Change Management

  • Added an Account column in the Work Order and Changes & Additions activity grids to be able to Account code activities without having to go to Production calculation.
  • Added an Activity column in the Changes & Additions Follow-up Resources grid.
  • Fixed an issue when selecting an activity on a location pin in Work Site fast tab in Changes & Additions.

Day Report

  • Added License Plate Number for transports in the Cost section.

Field Reporting

  • Added a Transport section for Quality Reporting.
  • The total amount is now automatically updated when quantity is changed.

Forecast

Continuous improvements to first version of forecast.

  • Improved overview in both header and grid.
  • Fixed an issue where Combo view did not work correctly in Revenue Forecast.
  • Fixed an issue where the program incorrectly indicated Revenue Forecast while the user was in Cost Forecast.
  • Fixed an issue where multiple forecasts could receive the same version number.
  • Fixed errors related to Quick Filter searches.
  • Fixed an issue where it was possible to edit the "Diff to Calculation" column.

Invoice

  • Added support for moving multiple selected rows up or down in the Invoice Rows grid, moving rows are not allowed to break sub-total groups.
  • Advanced filtering added to support invoice administrators and enabling searching invoices over multiple projects. This is found in the options tab.
  • Fixed an issue where Credit invoices got the original invoices invoice date. Now correctly gets todays date as invoice date.
  • Removed validation for special characters in customer reference field.
  • The list of selectable persons for “Our Reference” now includes all active personnel.

Invoice rows

  • Added a new program, Invoice Rows, which lists all invoice lines for invoices under the selected project or job in the main filter. The program is accessed via the Tools & Records menu.

Hours

  • Improved filters in the Hours program with multi-select functionality.

Personnel

  • Fixed an issue when filtering by Employee Number.

Customer

  • Added EAN, Address, and City fields to the Customer Extended Search dialog.
  • Improved customer handling when using external search.

C7 API

  • Improvements for job number when creating jobs by integration.

General

  • Fixed an issue where all text in a cell was deleted when typing after deselecting marked text during editing.
  • The list in Combo view is now reloaded when changes are saved or when switching the selected row.
  • Added the possibility to save global views in Extended search dialogs.
  • Adjusted the height of the Extended search dialog.
  • Extended the sliding expiration of the draft state (edit session without user interaction) from 1 hour to 4 hours.
  • Fixed so that URL:s can now be shared to other users from edit mode.
