New features

This release delivers significant improvements across calculation, invoicing, day reporting, project planning, and user experience. Key highlights include new features for bulk actions, enhanced grid usability, improved error handling, and critical bug fixes for customer workflows.

Please note that some of the listed functionalities will need configuration in order to be visible in your configuration. Contact your customer responsible person if you want to know more.  

Tree View

  • The Change status dialog accessed from the main filter three dot menu has been improved to reduce the number of clicks and will now open directly into an editable state.
  • Improved error handling in validation dialogs.

Calculation

  • Added new columns (kg/m2, shifts, cost/ton) and improved CO2 calculations.
  • Enhanced Sales price activity grid with specification and quantity cost columns.
  • Added support for row comments in common costs.
  • Fixed an issue where sub-activites in common cost where not highlighted in yellow.
  • Fixed an issue where Co2(kg) is not calculated based on Co2 per unit.
  • Fixed resource inclusion from excluded activities in calculations.

Work order

  • Added ability to select multiple rows and change status in work orders and day reports.
  • Added Send multiple activities to planning in one go, reducing repetitive steps.
  • Fixed planning generation for newly created activities.

Field Reporting

  • Work order lists show job number without needing to expand items.
  • New quality reporting section for tracking workforce/machine presence.
  • Fixes to status handling to improve consistency in reporting workflows.

Day Report

  • Added job number and section columns to work order and day report lists.
  • Added new column; total amounts for reported costs.
  • Fixed so that performed work is locked after fetched to invoice.
  • Fixed so that unit and quantity is not lost for free text resources in consecutive days

Invoice

  • Invoice date now defaults to today, with improved due date logic.
  • Markup fields are now editable in invoice dialogs, making adjustments simpler.
  • Fixed so that Revenue account is auto-filled when adding rows from Costs, Hours and Change.
  • Improved handling for negative amounts and credit invoices.
  • Improved error messages for character limits.
  • Fixed an issue with Add rows that could result in rounding errors.

Cost/Revenue

  • Enhanced performance when loading voucher rebooking and job dropdowns.
  • Fixed issues with cost rebooking for negative amounts, to ensure cost corrections work as expected.

Forecast

  • Improved access control so users only see forecasts they’re permitted to see.

Project Planning

  • Improved project planning: grouping, locking, and weekend handling.

General

  • AG-grid: Export all rows, persistent sorting, blue hyperlinks, and improved multi-page export.
  • Program menu now correctly highlights the active program.
  • Improved inheritance of permissions in accounting units (red folders).
  • Backend fixes for calculation, invoice, and planning modules.
  • Upgraded Angular to version 21
