1.31

New features

Release 1.31 delivers a major set of improvements across C7 Projects. Calculation — more actions now available across all tabs, a redesigned asphalt calculation dialog, and activated Final page tab in Production calculation. Invoice receives important data integrity fixes covering VAT handling, bookkeeping order duplicates, and validation enforcement. Day Report gains new indicator columns and improved invoicing workflows, while Work Order is enhanced with smarter planning shift scheduling and new validation rules. The release also includes usability improvements to Tree View filter synchronization, Price list data integrity, and general UI polish.

Tree View

  • Selecting a project or job in the list view now automatically sets it in the Main filter, so all programs filter on the same selection when switching.
  • Added a configuration setting to define which statuses should be hidden by default. 
  • Fixed an issue where changing a job's status in the form view did not immediately update the status color in the tree view.

Calculation

  • The Copy, Move, and Send to pricelist actions are now available under Options in all calculation tabs, not just Quantity cost.
  • The asphalt calculation dialog has been redesigned with a more compact layout, responsive field widths, and improved readability.
  • The 'Final page' tab is now available in Production calculation, allowing users to adjust mark-ups directly in production calculation.
  • The Adjust unit cost/price dialogue now shows the effect of adjustments before saving, and a separate Save button has been added so users don't have to repeatedly Save and Close.
  • Fixed so that resource factor and capacity values are correctly copied when creating a pricelist from a calculation.
  • Fixed so that "Select all" in the Adjust unit cost dialogue only selects the currently filtered rows, preventing unintended changes to hidden rows.
  • Setting ISC (Internal Sub-contractor) on an activity now correctly propagates to all resources on that activity.
  • Fixed an issue where the sidebar menu was hidden behind the asphalt calculation dialog.

Day Report

  • Added Section, Quantity, Status, and Follow-up name columns to the 'Add rows' dialogue when creating invoices from Day Report, making it easier to identify the correct rows.
  • Corrected inconsistent terminology in the Transport QR section across C7, Field Reporting, and the BI report.
  • Added indicator columns in the Day Report list view showing whether a day report has images, comments, or is locked.
  • The Work force QR section now autopopulates with team individuals and machines when a Performer is set, matching the Field Reporting behavior.
  • Fixed an issue where the Invoiced value in the program footer was not updated immediately after creating an invoice from a day report.

Invoice

  • New option to set connected work orders to 'Invoiced' status directly when sending an invoice. This is a configurable behaviour.
  • Fixed so that 'Invoice format' and 'Invoice by' fields are now included when copying an invoice specification.
  • Fixed an issue where VAT selection on Internal Invoices did not update VAT figures on invoice rows.
  • Fixed an issue where generating bookkeeping orders for already sent invoices could produce duplicates.
  • Fixed an issue where resource account was not included from the source rows when adding data to invoice from other programs.
  • Fixed an issue where it was possible to bypass Our Reference validation when sending an invoice.
  • Fixed an issue where revenue account was not updated when changing invoice type.

Price list

  • Fixed so that recipes no longer display resource data from archived pricelists, instead showing data from the next highest-priority active pricelist.

Work Order

  • Added a start date selector when generating planning shifts, so users can set the start date for the first shift and have subsequent shifts scheduled automatically.
  • Added a validation to prevent a work order from being set to "Ordered" without a customer set on its parent Job.
  • Fixed so that new plannings always get a status when they are planned.

Jobs

  • Fixed a bug that prevented deleting jobs under certain circumstances.

General

  • Column headers now better collapse their text when the column is adjusted in size.
  • Fixed so that column width changes are properly recognized as view changes and saved for both local and global views.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Allow location" popup appeared too frequently.
