Orders/assignments are created manually or via templates in the office client, app or web, imported from other systems via integration, created via rental objects, created via facilities or created automatically through a standing order (frequency planning).

Plan, price, manage and execute assignments seamlessly across desktop, web and mobile. TRACS Flow gives you real-time control of assignments, resources and map-based operations — with instant insight into progress, financials and sustainability.
The solution can continuously estimate environmental impact per assignment and, if desired, connect to your vehicle fleet to access actual fuel consumption data.
The mobile app is a native app for both iOS and Android. -
Complete & Settle
Complete assignments smoothly with optional app-based signing, automated validations and support for commission handling. Once approved, assignments can be transferred via integration to external systems for invoicing and settlement, including self-billing.
TRACS Flow can also manage key parts of the financial process directly — from accounting and consolidated invoicing with flexible cut-off rules to settlements, detailed carrier and supplier documentation, deductions and more. -

Waste reporting to Naturvårdsverket (NVV) can be done from the system, closely integrated to the normal order process in TRACS Flow. - Route optimization

A complete process for handling rental objects, e.g. containers, including related transport tasks and billing of rent. - Integration with Biometria (Viol3)
Ensure relevant data is captured from Viol3 as basis for invoicing and settlement of any orders in the forest segment. - Connected vehicles
Capture real fuel consumption, GPS positions and other relevant data from your fleet. Triona can connect your fleet directly (hardware) or through cloud-services from OEMs/truck manufacturers (rFMS). If you already have a fleet management solution - this data can also be captured and used by TRACS Flow.
