Brinks Trä select TimberPro

Brinks Trä in Ulricehamn have chosen TimberPro from Triona as its future business system

Brinks Trä, a timber company focusing on planed wood products, have selected TimberPro for its future business system. When they looked at modernizing their legacy business system, Brinks Trä took the opportunity to look for what was for them the best system on the market. The choice fell on TimberPro a modern ERP system developed by Finnish PiiMega, which is delivered and supported in Sweden by Triona.

TimberPro will be integrated with Brinks Trä’s production and finance systems. In addition their trucks will have the newly developed truck client which is run on sturdy tablets. The system also supports PRI Handel and several other systems used in the business. All together this means that Brinks will get complete system support for their operative processes. Considerable economic benefits are expected in the form of reduced administration, increased control, and better follow-up.

PiiMega® TimberPro is supplied by the Finnish company PiiMega OY, which Triona entered a partnership with in 2017. Today TimberPro is used by around 50 sawmills and other timber processing companies in Sweden, Finland, the Baltics, and Russia. Triona’s offering to the Swedish timber industry is a Swedish version of the system including installation assistance and support. The system is feature rich and has functionality for among other things optimization and profitability calculations based on continuously updated data from each business’s production, sales, and delivery processes.
