Triona completes Fleetech acquisition

For some time, Triona has owned a 33% stake in Fleetech AB and has now made an offer to acquire the remaining shares in Fleetech AB. The other shareholders have accepted the offer and the sale is expected to be completed at the beginning of Q2 2019.

Fleetech currently has employees in Falun and Stockholm and its customer base includes Arla and Transdev, among others. The business is run from Triona’s existing premises and Fleetech customers are seen as a good fit for Triona’s go to market strategy. The FleetControl™ offering is Fleetech’s product which enhances productivity for transportation companies. The product complements customers’ business and finance systems as well as Triona’s product portfolio. Triona’s view is that Fleetech will benefit from being part of the larger organization which Triona can offer. Triona and Fleetech will both have good possibilities for a positive market development within sectors such as public transport and goods transportation.

FleetControl’s operations will continue in the same way as today, but the product development will benefit from Triona’s modules and competence. We also see further possibilities for harmonization within sales and “operations”.
