Deviation reporting and monitoring in trains

Triona has developed a deviation reporting and monitoring tool called RUFS.
RUFS contains of two parts, an office application and an app. Train staff and office staff can report and follow up failure in trains, delays or cancellations, etc. RUFS communicates with external systems end enable fast handling of maintenance of trains. RUFS also have functionality within notification. Recipients can receive e-mails when events related to them is reported in the system by other users.
A-Train, which operates the Arlanda Express, have used RUFS since 2011 and are very satisfied with the system.
