Triona assumes responsibility for Azure operations

30 October 2018

In October, in parallel with the takeover of operational activities from LiveArena, we welcomed two new employees to the Triona group. In doing this Triona takes over responsibility for LiveArena’s azure based operations.

LiveArena and Triona have collaborated in the development and maintenance of LiveArena’s concept since summer 2015. This takeover means that Triona also takes over responsibility for their operational activities.

Triona’s customers increasingly request that Triona take responsibility for application and/or server operations. This gives customers several benefits. For example:

  • Streamlined support (customers can contact Triona for questions relating to both products/customer specific systems and their operations.
  • Faster incident management thanks to Triona having overall management.
  • Simpler initial deployment and upgrades of customer specific solutions.

The takeover coincides with the increased need to develop Triona’s customer facing business regarding applications and server operations. In the light of this the deal is an excellent way of moving forward in the development of Triona’s operations and support activities. Triona’s new employees have a wealth of expertise in Microsoft Azure and the takeover strengthens Triona’s position for developing its future cloud-based IT solutions.

The takeover gives LiveArena an increased focus on sales, marketing, and concept development at the same time as LiveArena achieve an increased flexibility regarding the management of resource needs.
